West Philadelphia Financial Services Instituion ( the “WPFSI”) is a 501 © 3 non-profit corporation dedicated to the revitalization of the West Philadelphia neighborhoods of the Philadelphia Empowerment Zone (the “WPEZ”). To assist in accomplishing this goal, ranges of financing products and services are offered to both businesses and residents of the WPEZ. WPFSI’s Mortgage Brokerage Program (the “MBP”) provides both residents and businesses, in the state of Pennsylvania, the opportunity to obtain financing where they may not have been able in the past.
